Few words about myself:
I consider myself a one-person digital content factory, blending together photography, video, design, and platform development to build meaningful visual stories. My work began with photography and videography, capturing the character and professionalism of people and organisations. Over time, that focus grew into a passion for shaping how an entire brand is seen and understood.
Then I realised that by combining my creative and technical expertise with a deep understanding of branding, I could transform the way organisations communicate. I craft communication that goes beyond traditional formats, shaping perception, strengthening brand identity, and enhancing employer attractiveness.
This approach helps companies build a more authentic, engaging, and appealing presence both within the organisation and to the outside world.

Flintside is a platform with the potential to revolutionise internal communication I proposed and introoduced in Flint Group. Based on a well known social media structure gives an attractive replacement for conventional forms like email announcements, communicators or Intranet.

The video-sharing platform “Flint TV” brought a new, attractive way of introducing internal communication within the organisation. This WordPress powered platform played a significant role during the global shutdown due to COVID pandemic, turning impersonal PDFs into engaging video news from around the group.
On Flint TV employees can find regular video updates about each business and function from around the world.
Flint TV – Video platform with corporate news on demand
In addition to corporate updates, Flint TV mission was to strengthen the network and spread the communication throughout the whole of the organisation. Every employee is able to send videos with updates from his division or function. Everyone can share his success story, business update, proudly present project launch or help in recognition of the team… With Flint TV everybody gets an opportunity to announce a message in an attractive and exciting way.
Easy to use for everyone
Flint TV came with simple instructions on how to record self-made video content and send it to the Comms department for final editing and publishing by myself. The platform quickly gained recognition and traction with a large number of positive comments from employees.
I designed and built an Intranet platform that has been very positively received and is still successfully working in Flint Group today. Thanks to using an open WordPress platform and WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor admin can easily add new features and collaborators are able to add new content without any IT knowledge.
